We are looking for a passioned hands-on Account Manager f/m to help us grow our international customer base of our applicant tracking and recruiting software. The person we’re looking for will be technically savvy and understands to sell complex software products. We’re looking for someone who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record achieving sales quota and polished presentation skills but above all a hard working ethic. This individual will build a strong pipeline and provide the best sales experience possible for our customers whilst converting the maximum number of opportunities to paying accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline through social selling via LinkedIn, cold calling and inbound leads
  • Walk prospects through our applicant tracking and recruiting software product (via web conference or personal presentation)
  • Understand business use cases and work with potential customers to solve their challenges and use cases
  • Negotiate where required to win customers
  • Answer customer's questions
  • Pro-actively target additional areas for generating leads
  • Assist marketing to best target your prospect base
  • Follow up on lost opportunities to learn from or try and re-open
  • Manage existing international clienst and identify up sell or cross sell opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-years sales or account management experience
  • Native-level Engish speaker withfluency in German
  • Open for travelling between offices and to customers
  • A pro-active, knowledge seeking attitude
  • Work experience at a technology product or recruiting services company or a company that serves the software industry
  • Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
  • A passion for social media or web-based software
  • An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
  • Experience with partners in the region would be very useful
